Final project

Your final project simulates your own business, initiative or project: take a sample of what you learned in the course and apply it for real. The goal is not to "pass a test" but to leave with a professional tool that works in your business tomorrow. The academy mentor bot guides you all the way, gives feedback and helps you iterate until it is ready.

⏳ There's no time limit — work at your own pace. Once you pass, you'll get your certificate, the finished project and a plan for your next 30 days.

Guidelines by level

Requirements rise level by level. The mentor checks each project against its own level only.

Level 1: Beginners
  • One working AI asset for your own business, initiative or project.
  • At least one Level 1 tool or technique, applied in practice.
  • Proof: a link, file or screenshots.
  • A short, honest insight: what you learned or saved.
Level 2: Advanced
  • A small working flow that connects at least two Level 2 topics (e.g. landing page + campaign, or payment tracking + receipts).
  • Runs on real or realistic sample data from your business.
  • A demo: link, file, screenshots or a short video.
  • A concrete, preferably measurable result: time saved, leads, sales or response time.
Level 3: Masters
  • An end-to-end AI system: several assistants or agents with defined roles, and at least three connected tools.
  • A full process (e.g. lead → sale → receipt → follow-up) with minimal manual touch.
  • Control and safety: limits, privacy, and what happens when something goes wrong.
  • A demo, before/after metrics, and a short plan to scale or sell it as a service.
What it does, for whom, and the challenge you wanted to solve.
Which course tools or techniques you applied
Describe the result: what it does, how you built it, and how it is used.
What changed, how much time or money it saved, what you learned.
