Terms of Use – Yaron AI Academy

  1. General. yaronaiacademy.com (the "Site") is operated by YARON GAL WEIS, Licensed Dealer (Osek) No. 99-1191249, 1317 Edgewater Dr # 5510, Orlando, FL 32804-6350, USA ("the Academy", "we"). Using the Site and buying through it is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  2. The service. Live AI-for-business courses (Beginners, Advanced, Masters, Bundle, VIP), a monthly club, materials and AI assistants. Content, dates and prices appear on the purchase page. We may reschedule sessions for good reason, with as much notice as possible; a cancelled session is held at another time.
  3. Registration and payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Prices are in ILS and include VAT where applicable. Instalment plans charge monthly until the chosen number of payments is complete. Club cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  4. Personal access. Access to sessions, recordings and materials is personal and non-transferable. Do not share links, recordings or materials, or record or distribute sessions, without written permission.
  5. Intellectual property. All content (videos, slides, prompts, AI assistants, designs) belongs to the Academy or its licensors. You may use it for your own business only; you may not copy, resell or teach it as a competing product.
  6. No guaranteed results. We teach tools. Business results depend on you, your business and the market; we do not promise specific savings, income or profit. Site examples and calculators are estimates.
  7. Third-party tools. The course uses tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, subject to their own terms and possibly their own fees. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes.
  8. Site chat. The chat is AI-based and may make mistakes. The purchase page and these documents are binding.
  9. Conduct. We may end access for anyone who harms other participants, breaches these Terms or shares content without permission; in that case we refund the pro-rata part paid for sessions not yet held, subject to applicable law.
  10. Liability. The Site and service are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service.

  12. Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. The courts located in Orange County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
