2. What we collect.
3. Waitlist: name, email, site language, signup time, approximate country and browser (for security and spam prevention).
4. Purchases: name, email, phone and billing details, collected and processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers.
5. Site chat: messages you type (and voice, if used) are processed by an AI provider to answer you.
6. Technical data: IP address and basic browsing data, for security and abuse prevention.
7. Why. To register you, deliver the course, send course and webinar updates, answer questions, take payment, meet legal duties (e.g. invoices) and keep the Site secure. Marketing email is sent only with consent, with an unsubscribe option in every message.
8. Sharing. Only with service providers that need it to provide the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email provider, Zoom (sessions) and the chat's AI provider. Some operate outside the United States. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention. Kept as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires (e.g. accounting records), then deleted.
10. Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data and unsubscribe from marketing at any time: yaron@ygwpro.com.
11. Security. We use standard measures such as HTTPS and access limits; no system is perfectly secure.
12. Cookies. No advertising cookies today. Browser storage is used only to keep your chat conversation. If we add analytics we will update this policy.
13. Minors. The service is for people 18 and over.
14. Changes. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
